AI and Service Providers

Messages and permitted attachments may be processed by AI, hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, or support providers required to operate the service. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

Leaderboards and Public Information

Leaderboards may publicly display a participant name or other chosen display identifier, rank, points, and challenge results. Email addresses are not intended to be displayed publicly.

Fair-Play Review

Organizers may review chat history, submissions, evidence, account activity, and scoring patterns to identify repeated or substantially similar content, including paraphrased submissions across different chats or accounts. This review may affect scores, rankings, account access, or prize eligibility.

Retention and Security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate and evaluate the challenge, administer prizes, investigate misuse, meet legal or institutional requirements, and support approved research or reporting.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
